Revu Estimating: Beyond Takeoffs – Launching Bluebeam Takeoffs to the Next Level is built for professionals who already understand the fundamentals and are ready to move from “doing takeoffs” to managing full digital estimating workflows.

This advanced course dives deep into drawing optimization, navigation efficiency, revision control, and advanced Markups List customization. Participants will learn how to prepare clean, high-performance PDFs, manage drawing updates with confidence, leverage Spaces and Hyperlinks for structured data, and generate powerful reports from their takeoffs.

By the end of this course, your team will not just measure drawings — they will control, track, compare, and report on revisions with speed and accuracy.

Estimators who have completed Revu Estimating: Build Accurate Takeoffs

Senior estimators refining digital workflows

Project managers reviewing revisions and quantity impacts

Coordinators managing drawing updates and documentation

Field or office professionals responsible for digital takeoffs


Pre-Requisite: Revu Foundations for Construction and Revu Estimating: Build Accurate Takeoffs.


Recommended Computer Setup

✅ Revu 21 Core or Complete plan on a Windows computer
