Turn phones and devices to silent or do not disturb. Note taking is encouraged\, but audio and video recording is prohibited without prior permission from the course instructor. Ensure punctual return after breaks to prevent disrupting the learning environment.\n Learning Objectives   Equip participants with the knowledge to conduct basic incident investigations.   Encourage open reporting of all incidents and near misses.   Guide leaders in securing incident scenes and gathering factual information.   Identify effective corrective actions to mitigate future risks.   Apply root-cause analysis to move past symptoms to system failures.   Conduct first-account witness interviews without contaminating the evidence.  \nKnowledge Retention Within the Student Workbook\, there are a series of activities.
