We are a reputable as-built measurement and drafting company specializing in Large-scale Commercial projects. We are searching for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. Offering innovative services to a large niche of potential customers including; manually developed as-built drafting and elevations, LiDAR 3D scanning, and aerial photogrammetry our attempt is to revolutionize the industry and expand our reach in domestic and national markets. As a Business Development Manager, you will be crucial in driving our Commercial growth and establishing strategic partnerships to achieve our ambitious objectives.

Job Description:

As an experienced Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. Your primary focus will be expanding our broad commercial customer base, exploring untapped markets, and establishing strategic partnerships to drive long-term business success.


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in western Canada to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • dentify and pursue new nationwide business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies and plans.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential areas for growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and closure of deals to secure new business partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine products and services based on customer feedback and market demands.
  • Monitor and evaluate market and industry trends to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Utilize our professional-grade Hubspot sales and marketing CRM to its fullest potential.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities to senior management.


  • Proven track record of at least 3 years of successful business development experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of market research, lead generation, and sales processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
