AI for Field Operations (March 17, 2027)

March 17, 2027 9:30 AM - March 18, 2027 1:30 PM (MDT)

Description

This hands-on course shows commercial construction field and site teams how to put AI tools like Claude and Microsoft Copilot to work in their daily routine — documenting site activity, tracking progress, and streamlining daily reporting. Participants build practical, construction-specific workflows for daily reports, safety briefings, field issues and RFIs, look-ahead planning, quality control, and trade coordination, while learning how to protect confidential project information and keep professional judgment in the loop.

Every module follows the same proven rhythm: the instructor teaches the concept, walks through a live follow-along demonstration on a realistic site scenario, and then participants complete a hands-on activity that mirrors the demonstration. It is built for staff who use a computer, tablet, or phone as part of their field role and who want real jobsite examples — not generic AI theory.

Target Audience: Designed for commercial construction field and site operations staff, including Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, computer-using Foremen, Field Engineers, Site and Project Coordinators, Safety Coordinators, and QA/QC personnel — anyone who prepares or reviews daily reports, site communications, safety documentation, deficiency lists, look-ahead schedules, or trade coordination information. No prior AI experience is required.
