AI for Project Management (May 12, 2027)

Description

This hands-on course teaches commercial construction project management staff how to use AI tools like Claude and Microsoft 365 Copilot to manage RFIs, submittals, schedules, and communication with greater speed, consistency, and confidence. Participants build practical, repeatable workflows for project communications, meeting minutes and action tracking, submittal and specification review, schedule-impact and recovery messaging, change management, and owner reporting — while applying privacy, accuracy, and quality-control practices that protect the project and the client relationship.

This course is ideal for project managers and coordinators who want to cut time spent on repetitive administrative work, improve the quality and consistency of their deliverables, and keep professional judgment and accountability at the centre of every AI-assisted task.

Target Audience: 

Designed for project managers, project coordinators, assistant project managers, contract administrators, operations coordinators, and field leaders such as superintendents and foremen who use a computer to handle project communication, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, scheduling, change management, or owner and client coordination on commercial construction projects.
