High Performance Teams (HPTs) can increase the project productivity, generate creative solutions, resolve challenges with ease. It will also make working in the team a rewarding experience of all. Forming a High-Performance Team is easy if you know how. This is what Dr. Sami Fahmy will explore in detail in his presentation, he will share with you, many practical examples to enhance and support your understanding and your application of the key principles of HPTs.

1. What is HPT and what makes it different from regular team.

2. Using DOPE behavior styles as a guide to form a HP Team

3. Detailed explanation of Principles of HPTs

4. Key Team Leadership principles

Dr. Sami Fahmy, P.Eng., PhD, PMP, RMP is the founder and president of Performance Excellence Institute (PEI), a consulting firm devoted to enhancing project managers’ performance. He has 40+ years of PM practical experience covering a wide range of project Management including 30 years with Public Works and Government Services Canada, where he led the training of around 130 Project Managers.
