As an owner, you need to be able to define what it is you need and for what purpose. You need to be able to ensure your projects are being executed according to your expectations and that all your data is being deployed so that you can better operate your assets throughout their lifecycle.
This definition, execution, and deployment are not done in isolation. Project partners - whether they are consultants, contractors, trades, manufacturers, or suppliers - also need to know what to expect of owners and what is expected of them.
