Description

INTRODUCTION

Do you have what it takes to handle your own emotions as well as others? Recent research has concluded that emotional intelligence (EQ) can contribute up to 90% of your success in life, whereas IQ contributes only 10%. EQ is the ability to build relationships while being aware of and managing your own emotions and those of others. IQ will get you in the door, but it is your EQ that really, determines your success in life. EQ enables you to connect with others at both personal and emotional levels as well as manage your own emotions and those of others. Emotional intelligence is a skill that can be learned and can be improved with practice.
