Ryan Todd is a Psychiatrist who now leads a company called Headversity. Headversity works with 200 enterprises across North America and now has over 1 million individuals who rely on their program. Headversity has connected mental health and safety in a very real way; Helping construction companies improve safety records, retain employees, and be pro-active, not reactive, to the mental health of their workforce.
