Ryan Todd is a Psychiatrist who now leads a company called Headversity. After the relentless waitlists, the lack of support in workplaces, and seeing hundreds of patients ‘9 months too late’, Ryan started Headversity; A Preventative Assistance Program ( PRE.A.P) for mental health. Headversity works with 200 enterprises across North America and now has over 1 million individuals who rely on their program. Headversity has connected mental health and safety in a very real way; Helping construction companies improve safety records, retain employees, and be pro-active, not reactive, to the mental health of their workforce.
