AGC of America recognizes the Introduction to Lean Construction 1 Hour Webinar as qualifying for continuing education hours towards the renewal of AGC’s Certificate of Management-Lean Construction (CM-Lean). James Johnston is a Professional Industrial Engineer, a member of the Lean Construction Institute, an advisor to the Board of the Lean Construction Institute of Canada, an Accredited Instructor for the Associated General Contractors’ Lean Construction Education Program and has extensive experience and success implementing Lean Construction tools on construction projects that range in value from $5,000,000 to $150,000,000. James is a nationally recognized speaker on the topic of Lean Construction and has addressed audiences across the country, most recently as a seminar speaker at Construct Canada, the largest builder’s expo in Canada. He has 25 years of experience as a consultant and instructor, leading organizations through Lean transformations, implementing quality assurance systems and business process optimization.
