Ethical behavior is essential for the construction industry. By maintaining high ethical standards, and by being consistent in our practices, we thrive both personally and professionally. The Construction Industry Ethics course is designed to help you and your team think through the ethical decisions you face every day.

To make ethical choices, construction leaders and decision-makers need to think through ethical questions before they're faced with difficult choices. That's why the Canadian Construction Association requires Gold Seal candidates to take this course, prior to writing the Gold Seal exam. CLICK to learn more about Gold Seal Certification.

After completing Construction Industry Ethics, you will:

  1. Understand what is included in “ethical behavior”
  2. Be aware of the importance of ethics in business
  3. Recognize ethics in the context of the law
  4. Understand the direct link between ethics and a company’s success
  5. Know how to make ethical decisions

This course is interactive and requires a high level of collaboration. A 30-minute Zoom tools orientation session will take place on November 2, 2023  at 3:30 pm MST

To obtain a Certificate of Completion a PIN will be issued to each participant to complete an online post-course assessment. Only Certificates of Completion issued upon completion of the post-course assessment will be accepted by Gold Seal.
