WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

You have studied, attended courses, and reviewed the material… yet you still don’t feel ready to sit for the PMP® exam.

PREREQUISITES

This review/refresher course is intended for participants who already have foundational PMP® knowledge through Performance Excellence Institute (PEI) or another provider. Participants must have:

Familiarity with PMBOK® Guide – 7th Edition

Attendance in a PMP® exam prep course (5-day PEII program or equivalent)

Reading and familiarity with the PMI Agile Practice Guide

COURSE DESCRIPTION

This 2-day, Virtual Instructor-Led Workshop (16 hours total) is a concentrated PMP® exam refresher designed to:

• Revisit and reinforce critical exam concepts
• Focus on exam strategy and question-answering techniques
• Bridge the gap between “study mode” and “exam-ready mode”

COURSE OUTLINE

This course summarizes everything you must know to confidently pass the PMP® exam and prepares you to write within 4 weeks after the workshop.

Day 1: Traditional Delivery

Review of PMI content – Domain I: People

Review of PMI content – Domain II: Processes

Review of PMI content – Domain III: Business Environment

Day 2: Agile Project Delivery

Review of the Agile Practice Guide

Agile application across PM knowledge areas

By the end of the workshop, you will have a clear, structured study plan to help you stay focused and ready for your exam date.
