Course Description

The Supervisory Training Program (STP) is designed for individuals who are transitioning into supervisory roles or seeking to enhance their leadership abilities as supervisors. While they are provided with the equipment, materials and personnel they need, they are too often left without the most important tool — the knowledge to manage, motivate and direct their teams.

This training program has been designed to help you become a more effective supervisor in the construction industry. By training you in the various aspects of successful communication, productivity, and time management – among other things – this course will help you build the skills necessary to expertly coach, connect with, and create a safe and respectful working environment for your team.

This Gold Seal Accredited program offers the following 10 modules:

Course Duration

The course duration is approximately 33 hours of facilitator lead instruction.

Refund Policy

A 50% refund is offered for cancellations within 5 business days from scheduled start date. No refund offered for non-attendance. OpenCircle reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances including not achieving minimum classroom registration requirements.  Registrants will receive a full refund or be offered enrollment in the next scheduled course.

Computer or tablet, internet connection, audio and camera. ZOOM link and instructions will be emailed to participants closer to the start date.

Certificate of Completion

Upon successful completion of this course, a certificate of completion will be available for download and printing.
