Description
In-Person: April 16th - April 18th, 2024
The FMI Emerging Leadership Institute has been one of its most successful, interactive programs for more than 25 years. This program is designed to provide practical business management skills to build effective leaders for the future.
Engineering and construction talent is in short supply. If you’re not investing in training your emerging leaders, your company’s future is at risk.
Just being a technically skilled builder is not enough in today’s competitive construction market. You need to provide training to develop management, leadership and business skills for your emerging leaders.
In our three-day, interactive and engaging program, you’ll:
- Identify your communication style and discover practical skills for dealing with different types of individuals.
- Learn the difference between leadership and management.
- Understand how to create a culture of accountability, gain respect and develop your team to achieve superior performance.
- Build productive, long-term client relationships with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction that will help turn your clients into advocates for your company.
- Learn new behaviors to improve your time-mastery skills and your personal productivity.
- Create your individual action plan that you can track and monitor over time to ensure lasting benefits from attending this program.
