Skillful communication results in a collaborative relationship and a synergetic team performance. This workshop will make the project manager’s job much easier and more effective.

This one-day communication skills workshop is designed to address the individual’s

communication needs in difficult environments and in challenging situations. The workshop starts with an understanding of oneself and moves on to understanding the communication model, barriers, blockers, and end with differentiating between poor and positive communication.

Format and methodology

This one-day course is delivered live online using the Zoom platform

Participants will have an ample opportunity to practice what they learn with in-class

exercises as well as follow-up applications at work. The facilitator, practice

sessions, role-playing, and case studies.

Communication skills survival toolkit

Participants will take home a Communication toolbox which represents a collection of guidelines and templates that will enable participants to manage the communication interactions on their projects more effectively and efficiently.

assistants, and many others.
