The ECA’s AGM will be held on Thursday, February 16th, 2023 from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM virtually.

Any interested members are encouraged to register for this complimentary virtual event to hear from our Board leadership regarding the standing of the association.

1. Report of attendance;
2. Acceptance of previous year’s minutes;
3. Finance report;
4. Appointment of Auditors;
5. Chair’s report;
6. New business

***Meeting packages will be emailed to registered attendees 1-2 days prior to the meeting.

Regular and Corporate Life Members will be asked to vote at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). 

Associate Members are welcome to attend, but do not have voting rights.
