This one-day workshop commences with stakeholder identification tools and techniques; then moves on to an explanation of different tools to conduct stakeholder analysis. The next half-day explains several tools and techniques for stakeholder engagement. The workshop will end with 12 key principles to manage stakeholders’ expectations

The workshop is delivered through lectures, class discussions, individual and group case studies, and exercises. The workshop will help participants to understand the role stakeholders play in any project. They will also learn and practice some of the tools that will help them identify stakeholders and manage their expectations.
