- Understand the real-world consequences of biased AI systems, including ethical, legal, and reputational risks for organizations. 

- Learn actionable strategies to identify, address, and prevent bias in AI systems, ensuring fairness and inclusivity in decision-making processes. 

Bridge the AI Training Gap: 

- Highlight the importance of comprehensive training for successful AI adoption and integration within organizations. 

-Identify common training gaps, such as lack of resources, time, and expertise, and explore ways to overcome these challenges. 

-Provide participants with a curated list of paid and free resources, including online courses, certifications, webinars, and open-source tools, to empower their teams with the necessary skills and knowledge. Guide participants in creating a tailored AI training plan for their organizations, ensuring sustainable and effective implementation. 

Promote Accessibility in AI Systems:
