YBG Site Tour - Station lands Phase 2

Description

Join us for our first site tour of 2025. We will be touring Station Lands, downtown - Station Lands is set to become downtown Edmonton's premier master-planned community, covering a vast area of 2.2 million sq. ft. The development will generate approximately 1,000 job opportunities for the city, while up to 5,000 Edmontonian will call Station Lands either their home or workplace.

This tour will include:

1. Station Lands Roundhouse Park Project
2. 103A Ave/99 Street Streetscape & Pedway Project

Please join us afterward in The Switch building on L4 & L5 for snacks and light refreshments.
