 DESCRIPTION:

This workshop adopts a behavior type approach to comprehensively understand and develop team members and leadership skills within project teams. Delving into the four fundamental behavior types, the workshop empowers participants to enhance communication and foster meaningful relationships by identifying their place and others' within the behavior models.


LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

Beyond enhancing leadership skills, this one-day workshop also targets reducing conflict management and enhancement of negotiation prowess. Participants will:

  • Shift their focus to behavior rather than individuals.
  • Identify their preferred behavior style, balancing strengths and weaknesses.
  • Appreciate and interact effectively with diverse behavior styles.
  • List and analyze the characteristic behaviors, wants, needs, and fears of the four behavior types.

COURSE DELIVERY APPROACH

  • This One-day course is delivered on-line instructor-Led, live on zoom.
  • The sessions are interactive, participants’ contributions are expected and welcomed.
  • The day is divided into Sections, varies between an hour to two hours
  • Each session includes lecturing c/w examples, learning activities and group discussions.
  • Be prepared to share your opinion to enhance common understanding.
  • There is a 10-minute break every hour.


DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Course start at 8:30 AM and ends at 4:30 PM with one hour lunch break

 COMPUTER SYSTEM NEEDED

  • Desktop/laptop is required. Dual monitors are recommended. No phones please.
  • A microphone, speaker, and webcam are required.
  • Be prepared to share your camera to enhance communication and understanding.
  • High speed internet connection is recommended.
  • Familiarity with google documents and sheets are recommended
