In his construction litigation practice, Graham routinely acts for project owners, contractors, and suppliers in disputes arising with respect to industrial, commercial, and residential construction projects. He is well-versed in assisting clients facing builders’ liens, delay claims, tendering disputes, and construction deficiency claims.

Graham has experience resolving disputes through mediation, arbitration, the Courts, and other forms of dispute resolution. However, whenever possible he applies the insight attained through his years as a litigator to help clients identify and defuse potential issues before they escalate and become litigation.
